Admin privileges are required to acquire this extension – Azure DevOps Error

The below message is displayed when the user is not admin of the organization to install extensions on the organization.

Any user can request for installation of an extension from Azure DevOps market but it depends upon Admin of the organization about whether to approve or reject it.
