The permissions can be modified only by a Team Admin – This error occurs when a user tries to view the security permissions of the Dashboards.Those who are not part of Project Administrators group will get an error similar to this

Solution:
This error usually occurs when the user is not part of Project Administrators group.Only those users who have Project Admin rights will have access to delete Dashboards
