Issue: VS402939: Release with ID XXX does not exist

Solution: The reason is simple, you may get this error when the Release has been deleted or has not been created or you don’t have permissions to access the release on a specific Release pipeline. This error mostly occurs when the Release is auto created where due to some issues if the Release is not created properly these sort of issues will appear
