Error in Azure DevOps:

Sometimes when you try to delete a workitem in Azure DevOps you may get an error saying Failed to delete work item and remove the references to all test cases and try again

This error usually occurs when you try to delete a shared step as shared steps might have been inserted in one or more test cases.

Solution: To delete the workitem (shared steps) remove the shared step from all the testcases it has been referenced and delete the workitem again
