Azure DevOps Stakeholder cannot see Repos/Code

By default Azure DevOps users with Stakeholder access won’t be able to see the Repos or the Code. Only users with a certain access level would be able to see the Azure DevOps Repositories which has the code.

Any one with a stakeholder access won’t be able to see the Repos on the left pane. Only when the user is upgraded to Basic or some other Visual Studio subscription level, the user would be able to see the repos and view the code.As far as stakeholder is concerned they have limited permissions when compared with other users and they won’t be able to do certain activities when compared with other users who have different permissions
