VS403373 : An import cannot be run on this collection

Issue: VS403373 : An import cannot be run on this collection as a previous production import has already completed

Solution : This issue occurs when you try to run to multiple imports into the Azure DevOps collection at the same time. The best way to resolve is to raise a ticket with Microsoft and contact the support. Make sure you raise the ticket to premium as it will be responded immediately.
