Difference between Team and Project Dashboards
In Azure DevOps, you can create a Team Dashboard as well as a Project Dashboard. Though both might have similar widgets and data might be similar, there are some marked differences. Team Dashboard is for a single specific team within a Project and it can be accessible only the members of the team. It can edited only if you are one of the admins of the team
As far as Project Dashboard is concerned, the dashboard is visible for the entire Project and members of the Project also but only Project admins can edit the dashboard. In addition to that specific access can be given to certain members of the project for editing the dashboard.
The main difference between the Project and Team Dashboards is Project Dashboards can be viewed by everyone whereas that’s not the case with Team Dashboards. Azure DevOps allow us to choose between Project and Team Dashboards whenever we are creating a dashboard
