Does Stakeholder has access to TestPlans – Azure DevOps

No by default, in Azure Devops, stakeholders won’t have access to TestPlans and TestSuites. They won’t be able to even see the TestPlans or TestSuites, but they will be able to see the TestCases linked with the requirements.

Remember, they still have access to create testcases and link it with Userstories or Features in the backlog but they won’t have access to execute the testcases as they can’t access TestPlans
