How to change icon/logo for an Azure DevOps Organization?
Unfortunately even if you have Project Collection Administrator rights (you are member of Project Collection Administrator) you won’t be still be able to change the icon or logo for an Azure DevOps Organization. Even if you are owner of the organization, you would not have access to change the icon or logo. This is a default feature of Azure DevOps where the icon or logo can’t be changed by anyone.
Incase if you are looking to change the url or name of the organization you would be still able to do it. In addition to that Azure DevOps stills allows you change the Project Logo for any project that is hosted on Azure DevOps
And also if you are an Project collection administrator you would be able to change the name or url of an Azure DevOps Organization
