Issue: TF400916: The current configuration is not valid for this feature. This feature cannot be used until a Team Foundation Administrator corrects the configuration

Solution : This error indicates that there is some thing wrong with the process templates in Azure DevOps as well as Azure DevOps server. If you get any error like this check your process templates to make sure all the states as well as state transitions are defined correctly

And also if the states are configured incorrectly you may encounter this type of error
