Unhandled: EPERM: operation not permitted, open ‘E:\_Agent\_work\.taskkey’

This is mainly due to folder deletion issue as you cna see it from here..This can be fixed by changing the task version to 2

Whenever you get this issue is any of the tasks, this is mostly due to permission issue, either re-run the task or update the task version to 3.

Some say it has not been fixed, so just re-run the job when you get this issue.
