VS403461: The current user doesn’t have permission to change the process – Azure DevOps Error

Full Error:
VS403461: The current user doesn’t have permission to change the process of the project “XXXX”

Solution:
This error usually occurs when the user is not part of Project Collection Admin.Only those users who have Organizational Admin rights will be able to change the process of any project. Even normal Project Admins won’t have necessary rights to change the process of the project

For Stakeholders – their licenses needs to be changed to basic and they should be added to Project Collection Admin group
