What a Stakeholder can do in Azure DevOps?

A stakeholder have limited access but can do all the below ones as shown

• Add,Create and Delete workitems
• Can see the TestCases via TestPlans
• Setup build agents
• Can Initiate Builds (pipelines) and can create Releases

Apart from these none of the other activities like Code Commits, Creating Repositories, Creating CI Builds won’t be available for a Stakeholder
