You don’t have permissions to reset Backlog levels – Azure DevOps Error

Full Error:
You don’t have the permissions to reset backlog levels

Solution:
This error usually occurs when the user is not part of Project Collection Admin.Only those users who have Organizational Admin rights will have access to reset backlog levels

For Stakeholders – their licenses needs to be changed to basic and they should be added to Project Collection Admin group
